In 2018 Gerard Taylor formed a sister company which dedicates itself to New Build developments.

Taylorbuilt constructs Sips timber frame homes which includes the latest technology in providing energy efficient homes. These are all completed from start to finish and ready to move into.

Our former developments

• 2021 a Pair of semi detached house is Sinnington
• 2023 Our new site development on Malton Road Pickering

Our Sinnington house became one of Ryedale's A rated energy performing homes and we will continue this with our latest development.

Our Three Bedroom Dorma Bungalow on Malton Road site will be available for sale later in the year.
